Pilates is a system of exercises using special apparatus, designed to improve flexibility, posture and physical strength and enhance mental awareness. It is an excellent way to engage your core muscles to assist with multiple chronic conditions such as:
- Lower back pain
- General Posture problems
- Pre-surgery fitness; and
- Post-surgery rehabilitation
Many of our patients do not have the confidence to join the local Pilates group class and so we are able to provide one to one coaching and gentle introduction to this beneficial exercise of Pilates Manchester.
