Treatments

We offer a reactive service for those patients with an existing injury requiring rehabilitation. We also provide proactive positive training to help with such things as improved core stability, injury prevention and pre and post operation care.

Because a member of the M. C.  Physio team comes out to visit you in your home or office, we get to know more about you, your lifestyle and your objectives and how realistic it will be for you to carry out any exercises we recommend. Some clients are simply too busy to do it on their own or the demands of their work or home life simply make it impossible for them to carry out the rehabilitation necessary to get them in peak condition without our input. That’s where our wide range of services and expertise can help you.

We often use a combination of the following treatment modalities together with traditional physiotherapy with our patients:

Sports Specific Options

M. C. Physio covers events for sports clubs by arrangement. We can even arrange to accompany groups or individual athletes on sporting trips out of town or abroad.

Tailor Made

We aim to design a programme that suits you and what you want to achieve. If you have any specific treatment suggestions, we’re more than happy to tailor our service to suit you.

*Many of our patients work at a desk or on a laptop at home aswell as in a work environment. Your employer is duty bound to ensure your office work station is ergonomically sound but who is taking care of this for you at home? M. C. Physio offers to provide a full ergonomic assessment at your home for a fixed fee of £20.00.

**How you think about your injury or improved fitness can have a huge affect on your recovery or progress. The team at M. C. Physio strongly believes in the power of positive thinking. When nothing is impossible, everything is possible. There is no greater feeling than when we help a patient achieve their goal, especially when they have been told by others or themselves that it can’t be done! We don’t work miracles, YOU DO!!!
